Opportunities to show and connect
North Canterbury Guinea Pigs holds pet and pedigree shows throughout the year, giving members the opportunity to exhibit their guinea pigs and enjoy time with other cavy enthusiasts. Judging and Show Standards
Club shows are held under the rules and standards of the New Zealand Cavy Judges Association (NZCJA), helping to ensure a fair and consistent showing experience. This gives members confidence that events are run to recognised standards while remaining enjoyable and accessible for both new and experienced exhibitors.
Show Venues
The club’s regular show venue is the Scout Hall, Woodend, which serves as the home for many of its show days and club activities. This local venue provides a convenient and familiar space for members to gather throughout the year.
